This Mini-Retreat, is an easy 3-mile ‘walking’ loop path along the coast and through the forest, with optional river swim. We will use the energy of the Gemini Full Moon to release & let go of what is limiting you, energize your desires while immersing our selves in nature. You will learn about the location’s archaeological features and history as one of the most significant cultural sites in Hawai‘i, once populated with two thriving Hawaiian villages. This location has an extensive inland fishpond and several heiaus that visible from a distance only.
Enrique, will also lead a guided meditation, guided movement activity, local wisdom, journal session and an optional river swim . We will create community in this safe healing space to meet others and support each other. You will also learn about the benefits of using the Full Moon Energy to your advantage in all aspects of your life. Bring any projects that you wish to bless and make it a reality.
The mini-retreat will also allow you relax your mind while you meditate next to the water. Reinvigorate your body with movement in Nature. Breathe in the many health benefits of nature as you hike more mindfully with your local mind+body+spirit guide Enrique.
